  My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience with King's Jewelry. We had no idea where to begin the process of shopping for an engagement ring and a friend recommended King's. We worked with Grace who was extremely knowledgable, professional, and wanted to make sure we found the perfect ring. She made sure we felt comfortable and was not pushy or overbearing. I strongly recommend King's and working with Grace!

  Ran in to pick up a watch I had taken in for estimate on repair, but company fixed watch instead, after I had declined repairs, as estimate was close to total value of watch! There was no charge. Many thanks and right way to conduct business.

  Not a great experience because I went in for them to tighten prongs on a diamond ring. They told me it was going to be 3 weeks and they thought it may have to be reset so that would take a week to determine and $500. I took it to another jewelry store in Old Town, Rubini, and they fixed it on the spot. I asked Kings if they recommended anyone else to look at it and they did not have any recommendations. These 2 examples did not sit right with me and I will think hard about going back there and recommending it to friends.

  I’ve had an incredible experience at King’s Jewelry with Greg and the entire team. They truly treat you like family and always go above and beyond to make sure every experience is special. Their customer service, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers really set them apart. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my jewelry needs!

  Go here if you want poor customer service, a complete lack of communication, and an unprofessional experience. I dropped off a family heirloom ring at King’s Jewelry on July 31st, with a deadline of September 18th. Tari explained that she would try to have it completed by then, but couldn’t guarantee the date because the jeweler making the ring was about to go on vacation for a week. I understood that things happen and was willing to be flexible. However, after several weeks passed, I reached out to Tari for an update. She never responded. I followed up again by email and was ignored a second time. It ultimately took my soon-to-be mother-in-law going into the store in person just to get an answer. Tari then stated that she had seen my emails but was “too busy” to respond. I was also informed that the jeweler had extended her vacation, yet no one thought it was important to communicate that to me as the customer. At that point, I requested that my ring be returned, which I have now received. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of accountability throughout the process. Even after everything that happened, there was no apology, explanation, or meaningful attempt to make things right. I had already explained that I have a photographer and proposal plans scheduled around my upcoming Navy orders, which made having the ring completed by my deadline particularly important. I needed clear communication and reliability, and unfortunately, I received neither. Thankfully, I was able to find another jeweler who could meet my deadline, offered a lower price, provided detailed mockups, and—most importantly—actually communicated with me throughout the process. If you’re looking for a jeweler who is professional, accommodating, communicative, and reasonably priced, I would recommend checking out Elite Jewelers in Pentagon City instead and ask for Moustafa. Zero stars if I could. This experience was incredibly frustrating and completely avoidable with basic communication and professionalism.
