  Absolutely the BEST! I have used Conklyn's several times for deliveries to Arlington National Cemetery and they have been superb every time. They know what arrangements will do well in the weather, and they take photographs of the arrangements at the grave. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. The flowers are beautiful!

  I ordered flowers to be delivered to my loved one. Specific flowers - their favorite kind. I got a thank you text with a picture of the flowers - not the ones I ordered. I just think it's odd that they wouldn't email me or try to offer me the option of at least choosing the flowers that get delivered if the ones I chose weren't available? Also if the type isn't available, put out of stock or out of season on your website? AND when I contacted customer service to inquire what happened with the order, I received no response. It's unfortunate. I'm really not a negative review kind of person, but like come on - these are really quite basic things to running a business.

  I use this site quite often, but this last order was a let down, flower selection was not the best and to make matters worse, the two balloons I selected were not the ones delivered. No better way to say Happy Anniversary then to do it with a Happy Birthday balloon...

  I was very happy with the arrangement and delivery! Completing the order was a little tricky. The online picture showed a balloon with the arrangement however at checkout you get the option for a balloon. Needless to say the arrangement was delivered with 2 balloons. Not a big issue, just a little confusing at checkout.

  Easy to order, but over 24 hours after scheduled delivery, still no flowers. Two telephones to their answering service, and still no answer as to why they collected the money but failed to deliver the flowers. These are the facts. I leave for you to determine your opinion of them. UPDATE: The florist called and explained they were not open. They then worked to get the order to us quickly. I advised this was different from what their answering service told us, as they, the answering service, were explicitly asked if they were open. To which the service replied yes. The florist was apologetic. The rating is updated to three stars. There would be four but it was an expensive lesson to find out the answering service was wrong and cost in time. UPDATE 2: This florist accepted responsibility and worked to make this right. In a world that always blames someone else, this is refreshing and earns my trust. I will run my orders through them in the future after I increase my diligence. Thank you Conklyn. The arrangement was beautiful. Upgrading to 5 stars.
