  I purchased a bouquet for my friend in the hospital. I was told it would be delivered the next day (Tuesday) and I received emails saying it had been delivered that day. My friend called me today, Thursday, to say it had just been delivered. Unfortunately that's the fault of the hospital, not the florist. When I asked them they told me that it definitely was delivered on Tuesday to a central office at the hospital, and then it took 2 days to get to my friend's room. The flowers were bright and fresh and my friend liked them very much. The florist's customer service was excellent.

  I ordered an arrangement from them and auto-fill messed up the address. I think there was shared responsibility here as I had originally entered the address correctly, but it auto updated. The address entered wasn't a real address, and the flower shop that this company outsourced to did not verify the address before creating and attempting to deliver the order. I called and they were kind enough to refund the order. Note: The lady on the phone said they are a locally owned flower shop in Alexandria VA, but because my address updated to my zipcode in Florida, they outsourced it to a shop here.

  Wanted to send flowers to an ill friend staying in your local service area. Found you on Google and placed order on website. Delivery was made when promised and my friend said the flowers and ballon were beautiful and cheered her up! Thank you so much!

  I wanted a sunny, happy bouquet to send to my daughter as a surprise. The process of ordering them was easy and the flowers were stunning and exactly what I’d hoped they’d be. I’ve never ordered flowers and had them received in pristine condition or look as good as their on-line depiction. Conklyn’s managed to do both. I’ll use Conklyn’s again!

  I live in NC and have been searching years for a florist in Alexandria that I can trust to send my elderly mom flowers to perk her up. The arrangement I ordered was PERFECT and looked remarkably like the photo in their online shop (which is RARE). I will definitely use Conklyns again without any hesitation.
