  I’d like to give this location a 1 star rating because I went in there with my boyfriend ready to buy different matching sets and the Asian lady in the fitting room was incredibly rude and weird and also treating me as if I was going to steal something, which is ridiculous. I am a black woman who shops at lululemon once a week and never have I ever felt this negatively about a shopping experience, i ended up saying screw the sets and just buying a tank top due to the shitty customer service! I will definitely not be back and I’ll be sure to take my business down the street to lululemon, their quality is much better anyways. The black people who were working in the store were definitely very helpful. But this Asian lady just killed the whole experience

  VICTOR! Is a wonderful associate! Very helpful and kind! Always smiling and will give you the best advice! The staff generally here, is wonderful and knowledgeable! I love coming here✨

  I love alo’s clothing just like the next person but this location’s staff frustrates me each time I go in there. Today was the second time that I’ve come in to pick up an online order. I showed the email/confirmation number to the associate at the front desk and she read the conf # to the associate in the back retrieving the item using their microphone/audio device. Why must the associate bringing up the item still ask me for proof of my email/receipt??? They’ve done this twice and it makes me feel like I’m not credible in their eyes. I work a few store fronts over and am a business owner. We definitely practice better customer service than this. Do better alo!

  I went to the store and the guy victor and Mark was nice . Sophia was helping me and then she left . She kinda had an attitude because I was asking for other items. They didn’t have no full hoodie or quarter zips in large or X-Large . I told her she left me for another customer and she said are you buying something? Her rude undertone was caught . I bought a head band just because mark was nice but it was even funnier because the Spanish lady she was helping card was declined. So don’t even waste your time , just shop online . Or just get Nike because mark was 5’8 and the pants was high waters. But if you must request for Mark or Victor they gave a memorable experience .They are black people friendly. Everyone that’s black don’t steal and Sophia need to get her attitude together. I hate to spend 200+ on a sweatsuit and be undervalued. Shout out to Mark & victor for professionalism & making me want to buy something because of their positive and bright personality.

  Absolutely incredible customer service at the Alo Yoga Old Town location. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The team went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable…no pressure, just thoughtful guidance and real human interaction. I would honestly travel anywhere in the area just to shop at this location. Huge shoutout to this team for representing the Alo brand so well and for doing all the little things that make shopping truly great. You can feel the care here.
