  I placed and order on 6/23 . I came to pick up my 6/27order at Alo, but it had already been returned to the sales floor . When , I entered the store , the manager was assisting an employee with her clothing (dress). This is not the first time I have witnessed a manager helping an employee with their attire at this location , which rises concerns about professionalism in the store . Yes , I understand the policy for pickup, but the items are already paid for. However, when I explained my situation, the manager stated that she could rating up my order again. Based on this experience and inconsistent, unprofessional behavior I observed, it genuinely felt as though Alo does not value our business . I do not plan to visit this location again.

  After reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical but as I’ve lived a little I know it’s best to see for yourself…and boy am I glad that I did, this was my second visit to this location. Elise was very welcoming, helpful, attentive and friendly when it came to assisting my daughter select her purchase.

  The staff is incredibly rude. Everyone is on their phones, or very vulgar flirting with customers… yuck! i expected so much more from Alo. They really cheapened the brand for me. Do better!

  Wow what a difference a store location makes. This one had the worst customer service- I thought it was the brand itself. First time visiting and they were pretentious as anything. I’m a successful business woman and I have money to spend but I’ll be darned if I will spend it in a place that is rude and uninviting. Now the Tysons Corner location is like a 180. I bought all the things there- they couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful!
