  My wife and I had a fantastic experience at the market Street store. The lady that helped us, Yomekia, was extremely friendly and so helpful. We actually bought a second pair of sunglasses. The store representative couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful in helping us both she truly was amazing and our experience was fantastic mostly because of her. We actually had a fun time in the store because of her. If you need a pair of sunglasses, you must speak with her, she’s amazing.

  Went in to look at the Meta 2 glasses. Joline-Maria and her associate were hands down absolutely the best associates I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Understanding (had problems with my CC x3. Forgot to activate it.) helpful, informative, didn’t make me feel embarrassed about my situation made me want to always use this location and extremely professional without being snobby, Will always use this location and tell everyone about this location. Happy Meta 2 customer

  Great service, Great location, Great vibe. The associates teamed up and did everything thing possible to find the exact Tom Ford shades I was looking for even though stock was low. & I was in and out quick. If you have to choose a Sunglass Hut I say choose this 1. Thanks

  The lovely lady Yomekia helped me. She went above and beyond her job description to provide me with the best experience I could have hoped for. I would highly recommended for anyone to ask for Yomekia when visiting this location.

  Where do I begin? How about is sunglass hut ! Stop acting like if you’re working at a high end Gucci store. I’ve gotten treated better walking into the Tiffany store across the street. The girls there are so full of themselves and snarky. I walked in with my bf went up to the register and there was this Caucasian lady she literally didn’t even look at me in the eye nor did she greet me. I had to be the one to say hello ! As I was asking her questions about my sunglasses I felt her attitude and tone had bad customer service written all over it. I’m in that industry I work in customer service and sales and this lady does not need to be working there. Is no wonder this store has such low ratings. I went in a second time to pick up an order I made online ( even though it was an accident I meant to pick it up at the store in the mall ) anyways when I called to see if it was ready since it was already 3pm and I placed it the night before at 7pm. When the lady tells me is ready I said thank you she said “AJA”. Seriously sunglass get you’re employees replaced here.
