  I had a great experience shopping at Aerie. My wife sent me over to pick up a birthday present for our little niece, and I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for. Thankfully, Rebecca came over and offered to help. She was friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy. Rebecca helped me find the perfect gift, and she also told me about the savings I could receive by signing up for the store credit card. I appreciated her taking the time to explain everything, and I was happy to take advantage of the discount. Thank you, Rebecca, for your outstanding customer service. You represented Aerie extremely well, and because of the way I was treated, I'll definitely be back. Great experience from start to finish!

  One of the smaller locations I've been to, so selection isn't as vast. Most of the employees mind their business, but one was so rude and condescending with me. Simply asked about clearance and she said they had none before she eyed me up and down for the longest. I felt so uncomfortable that I left without purchasing anything. Will not come back, if you really like the clothes here it's better to do your shopping online or go to a different location. The one in Cypress has much friendlier staff and better selection
