- JCJanet CruzAug 27, 20261.0Completely ridiculous to make you wear gloves and if you don’t have them charge you $2.15 for a pair of latex that won’t protect you from getting poked by a needle or sharp object. I mean come on Goodwill if we are digging through bins we know what we are getting ourselves into! Make us sign a waiver if you’re that worried. This is what’s wrong with America! We are not truly free! We frequent the bins in multiple cities in Texas and none of them have this rule!

- AAAmandaAug 19, 20261.0It used to be so good but they hardly bring out clothes now. They used to do one or two rows of clothes but now they only bring out 7 bins and put it on the wall. It’s way too cramped in the back walls. The worker in the back said that they got a new clothes compactor so most of the clothes they get now gets resold in big bundles now to "vendors" (I'm guessing thrift stores chains). Happened about a month ago. I’d say they decreased the amount of clothes by 75 percent. so all these people are fighting over 7 bins of clothes in a tiny back section. At least when it’s in the center there’s a little more space. Wish it would go back to more clothes and not all cramped in the back with only seven bins of clothes. It also feels like the clothes is being filtered now and only left with rips, stained clothes or super large that they really can’t resell. Hopefully they will bring the clothes back and not be as filtered after this change that happened a month ago.

- GBGary BeverlyAug 10, 20262.0You have to wear gloves to get to look through items, but you have wait till the say you can go through what they just rolled out on hugh carts then it a madhouse with everyone digging and going through everything. You pay by the pound not per item.
