  SHEIN, holes, worn out and outdated items. Shorts were mainly booty shorts. Found one pair of jeans for my daughter and it was literally $30. For used jeans???? No thank you.

  Really disappointed with how inconsistent the policies and customer service are at this location. Policies seem to change frequently and even per employee, & you can’t find out what they are until you get to the door. I’ve been told no bins, today they were back to allowing bins, but last time I was turned away with a clear bin. Now I brought two small reusable bags but could only have one, but the person next to me had an huge bin??? Make it make sense. Also I can’t leave them to pick up in the afternoon anymore? Now it’s store credit if you can’t come back in an hour… Having to park far away and carry heavy bags/totes of clothing across a parking lot, wait in line, only to be told you can’t drop them off the way you intended, means you then have to haul everything all the way back to your car. It’s simply not a good customer experience, especially when the requirements aren’t clearly posted anywhere beforehand. (Like online) I’ve also been given two different payout amounts by an employee and was told they wouldn’t honor the higher one. Then, because they didn’t have the correct change due to the penny shortage, I was given even less than the lower amount quoted. At that point, it’s not about the few cents it’s about consistency and customer service. I really hope this location takes a look at how these policies are communicated and how customers are impacted. But as a seller, save yourself the headache locally and drive downtown to Preloved of Crossroads and you can make 2/3/4x as much with a better experience.
