My husband bought me a diamond ring with the $100 one year warranty for Christmas 2025 within weeks two diamonds fell out of it. I took it in and they sent it off. I got it back a MONTH later. 3 days after I got it back two different diamonds fell out of it. I went back refusing to let them send it off again because at this point they would have it more than me. They refused to give me money back but gave me a gift card for THEIR store so I bought a totally different ring. This ring was sold to me as real natural diamonds and sterling silver. Yesterday 7/9/2026 I went swimming in a chlorinated pool the ring turns like it’s just made of tin. And the diamonds looked off. So I went to a reputable jeweler this morning 7/10/2026 and I am told the ring is nothing but cheap metal and the stones are moissanite and metal!!!!! I went straight back to the store and demanded my money back in cash and my warranty money. They said it’s not company policy to refund and it would be sent off to be fixed for two to three months. Said I’m the only one this has happened too. I absolutely told them they are false arthritis jewelry and I demanded my money back. I finally got my money back in cash by they refused to give me my $100 lifetime warranty money. I will be taking this further. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

It felt like freedom & choices. Hadn't been to Bell since the last 90s. They didn't disappoint. Got 3 outfits for $140, saved $184! If they weren't about to close, I woulda gotten more clothes. Thanks for the friendly & courteous service! Will be coming back during sales again.
