Well I am not on 10 business days and it is ridiculous! No other retail business takes this long to refund money. I will no longer be shopping at Belk!

She liked at me and said get the belk app you can look it up on that. What happened to customer service? I'm not at target. Then I asked if i could leave them in that area cause I needed to go look at the under garments. She looked at me like I was being an inconvenience to her. Belk is not a cheap store. Am I expecting to much? Disappointed.

Literally only wanted to return a light jacket My husband bought that I didnt like... nothing monumental, or expensive. Sorry he threw away the recipt and I dont walk around with my husbands credit card. Treating everyone like criminals will only push good paying customers away and all theyll be left with is the thiefs they think they're fixing. Theres plenty of other places to spend my money!
