  I stopped by to make a return, visiting from out of town because of military orders. Money was tight and this shirt didn’t fit so I figured I’d grab my receipt and head over to the store. When I was helped, I asked a question regarding Apple Pay, just trying to make sure it will process without a physical card as to not waste their time. However, the employee didn’t answer my question and instead asked me to repeat my email. I was taken aback because I’ve worked customer service in high end areas and never spoke like this to anyone. My question was never answered and she kept trying to check my email, confirming it even though I said it slowly the first time because it’s the polite thing to do. Then this other employee comes over and harshly says “she’s new, she isn’t trained yet!” Over and over even though I’ve said “that’s perfectly fine” as if it was my fault for feeling disrespected. It wasn’t a bug deal to me, I’m just new to the area and most people have been polite, but not at this store. Every time she spoke to me, she had the nastiest attitude I’d ever seen. Don’t come here if you’re trying to get a refund. They discriminate against people who don’t look rich (I’m in the tightest position I’ve ever been) and I still haven’t received a refund so unfortunately I have to go back.

  I love shopping here. I had a return, but I didn’t have my receipt. Your email with me and the lady upfront helped me find the day I purchased the item and how much I purchased it for. She was very helpful and was very nice about this instead of telling me I could not return the item

  Idk what Charlenes problem is but Emily was so helpful and such a good worker. Please dont listen to her, she seems to love leaving 1 star reviews and seems like she thinks shes entitled to whatever she wants.

  So I went today October 30 at 2:10 pm and there was a lady being so rude, like I was just trying to buy a dress and she was being rude and giving me a dirty look just because I wanted to use a 20% coupon, after she gave me the bag she didn’t say nothing and she was just looking at me ugly. I didn’t like the service from that lady at the cashier. her name was Emily that’s what it says on my receipt, but the other lady was being very nice
