  I had never brought anything to sell to a second hand store before and will NEVER again. I brought a tub of starched ariat, magellan, wrangler, twenty x, van husen, and brand new t shirts. They literally like 2! I spent a few hours folding everything up perfectly since that's a requirement. I just opened the tote as it was returned to me (photo attached). The people were absolutely not customer service driven, im sure profits only. Thanks for the extra work I need to do to protect perfect clothing for someone! Ridiculous business model, no wonder the place is packed so full its a fire hazard too. You are better off trying someone else. Good riddance Platos Closet!

  Absolutely the worst consignment shop in Waco ! Do not sell your clothes with them . I had stuff not even worn EVER and they passed on it and some things they took they offered $7 . This place is a joke . Rude little children working there Trying to conduct business when they are not capable of making a complete sentence. So if your items are not worn but the toddler at the front says it is then idk what to tell you . Better off just posting on Facebook to sell your items . I will never shop here again . And yes I’ll be sending this to the company that owns them as well.

  Wouldn’t take my clothes because they were “worn”, “outdated”, “SHEIN”, or too formal. This response was extremely rude especially with the tone and body language. I feel like it wasn’t even needed if I’m being honest. I don’t understand what this place wants because I bring casual clothes and that’s not nice enough but formal clothes are too nice? What do yall want. I had 1 shirt from SHEIN in a huge tote full of clothes 💀 I didn’t put any stained or “worn” items in my box. And my “outdated” clothes are actually very trendy and VINTAGE. Also y’all’s customer service and professionalism needs to be looked at. The response I got, left me feeling unhappy n disrespected !!
