I ordered a pair of Okie Dokie jeans for my grandaughter to take to her party. Perfect timing on my picking up this online order from the store as I needed these for this afternoon's party. Imagine my DISAPPOINTMENT when I got the package home and it is NOT what I ordered!! It is a onesie with Spanish writing on it NOT the jeans. I called Customer Service and the nice rep said "I"Must go back to the store to correct this mistake. I am disabled and had to get a ride. I asked if the correct item could be shipped to my home...was told NO. The plastic bag had the Jean description on it,but was the wrong item inside the bag. Now...no present to take and it will take me having to go back to correct JC Penney's mistake!! UGHHH...I AM SOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

I bought a black and decker coffee grinder in the store today "on sale" for $34.99. I just saw online that the same item is $5 less if you buy it online and use their special code. Also, Walmart has the exact same item for $26.99.

The sign on the rack said $14.99. when I got to the register they said it was $30. I told her what the sign said and she asked me to go take a picture to show her. So I walk back over and take the picture. When I got back to the register I had to wait for her to finish up with another customer. After showing her the picture, which clearly shows what I said, she told me that the sign only applied to "some" of the items on the rack. Just an annoying, time consuming process for nothing. I did like the little birds bouncing around the entrance. They were cool!
