  The sign on the rack said $14.99. when I got to the register they said it was $30. I told her what the sign said and she asked me to go take a picture to show her. So I walk back over and take the picture. When I got back to the register I had to wait for her to finish up with another customer. After showing her the picture, which clearly shows what I said, she told me that the sign only applied to "some" of the items on the rack. Just an annoying, time consuming process for nothing. I did like the little birds bouncing around the entrance. They were cool!

  I went to several stores in Waco in search of patriotic t shirt and found nothing I came here to my Waco store and still nothing here too Then I saw a model wearing a white shirt with the American flag on it A store employee just happened to be close by so I asked him could I have it he said I could even though it was too big for me I was gonna still get it but then a few minutes later he comes back with another one off another store model lol one size smaller He went out of his way for me his name is Johnathan Thank you so much for helping me I’m truly grateful Please let Johnathan know he’s a great and caring man and Happy 4th to him

  I went shopping for a dress for my daughter’s banquet that she has this weekend, found what we needed. Tamika helped us look for a cover up.(cardigan) She did an amazing job with helping look for what we needed. Tamika has an amazing attitude and was very helpful and knowledgeable on where to find the items throughout the store. Maria Elias on the other hand, which was at the register, she did not greet us or any customer that showed up to the counter and was a very unpleasant. I purchased a dress for $110.00 and Maria just took it off the hanger and tossed it a bag didn’t acknowledge that it was an expensive dress, didn’t offer to put it a garment bag and when we paid she didn’t even say thank you and was in a hurry to get the other customer in line, but was rude to them as well. Very disappointed with the customer service Maria was providing. I did ask Ms Tamika before leaving the store for the her last name.

  I’m not sure who is in charge of the salon supply’s but my wife has been getting perms there for at least two years and every time the chemical goes down her back and is very uncomfortable because they do not have proper smocks to protect the consumer. She has very sensitive skin and I will not let her go back there for the next perm.

  I was at JC Penny's in Waco Texas today early this morning and was treated unprofessional and racial profiled. I asked for someone to do measurements on my granddaughter for a bra. I was told by one of the associates to wait while she found someone. A person that I assumed was the manager or general manager made phone contact to someone who was a manager (which I found later) who told myself and granddaughter that "because of COVID she was not able to do the measurements". I requested to speak to a manager and Lord behold up came the lady who had stated because of COVID she was not able to take the measurements. I stated to her that that was untrue because protection rules about COVID has been over and I felt she was discriminating. She started telling me some lame excuse that she had misunderstood her boss is the reason she said what she said. Want be going back to JC Penny's.
