  I give this store 2 stars because the women dressing rooms are too hot with no air circulation. I reported my concern last summer and was told yesterday it had been fixed but that was a lie. Even the cashier had a fan blowing on her, what does that tell you of the comfort level in the store. The stores has a good selection of clothes. The sale person was courteous and order for me a correct size not available in the store to be mailed to my home. Please let your corporate office this store is located in Texas and adjust the HVAC accordingly to be at a temperature to make the store comfortable to shop in. No one wants to feel like they will pass out trying on clothes or break out in a sweat like they ran a marathon.

  On several occasions I have visited this store and found it to be in Filthy condition. The carpets have nasty stains all over the store and some looked like human feces. The clothes are in complete disarray and the workers are mainly just standing around chatting. There are very few shoppers. I won't be back as its not a good shopping experience. It looks like a Manager problem.

  This store has unprofessional staff. One employee that looks like Sally Fields has been rude each time I've interacted with her. She even makes gestures behind customer's backs. I feel like I need to avoid her and the only way to do that is to stop shopping here.

  First time in Belk, wife shops here a lot. Wasn't even looking for myself, just helping her, and ended up finding amazing deals for me as well!! New shoes, several shirts and several dresses for her, and all on sale at prices that I couldn't believe. Then we decide to apply for the Belk card and get another 25% off. What would have been a thousand dollars worth of items ended up about 1/3 of that. Paulina helped us out at the register, she was super nice, very helpful and made sure we got the best deal. Not a store I would have associated with menswear, but now I know, guys don't miss out on shopping here with your significant other, you'll find something great as well!!!
