As I approached the customer counter service counter I overheard a worker using foul language about what seemed to be another co worker. I checked the name tag on his badge and it was James, couldn’t see a last name. Unfortunately I think this is very unprofessional to use this language while around customers. I was disappointed in hearing this and decided to go to academy sports instead, I received very professional help there. Disappointed in Bass Pro Shops and their attitude around customers.

Told management about this problem and nothing has been done. I was told by other employees also that other employees have filed reports and nothing has been done! WATCH your children.
