From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome in the men’s department. Her friendliness was genuine, and her customer service was truly top-notch — she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to encounter someone who makes you feel that valued as a customer. Lindell is an absolute gem, and she’s the reason I’ll be coming back. Thank you for making my visit so great! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

He's the best people person and cashier that I've ever seen. If you shop at JC Penney's you should try and get him to check you out.

Took it to store in Tyler (45 mins from home) to exchange. Internet said store had 2 in stock. Clerk couldn't find any. They had to order it online for ship to home and tried to charge me over $8 for shipping on a $4 washrag! I pointed out that I didn't pay shipping originally and I wasn't paying it now. It took over 30 minutes for them to figure out free shipping after calling over multiple managers for overrides. Everyone was nice but REALLY! all in all it was a very long and frustrating experience.
