Took it to store in Tyler (45 mins from home) to exchange. Internet said store had 2 in stock. Clerk couldn't find any. They had to order it online for ship to home and tried to charge me over $8 for shipping on a $4 washrag! I pointed out that I didn't pay shipping originally and I wasn't paying it now. It took over 30 minutes for them to figure out free shipping after calling over multiple managers for overrides. Everyone was nice but REALLY! all in all it was a very long and frustrating experience.
