He sized him on the spot and had several wonderful recommendations. I’ve shopped for suits before at this location and I cannot think of a single other time that I felt this cared for! We walked out with two suits and a sport coat that I don’t think I could have done as good of a job by myself picking out! I asked Tony how long he had been at this location and he said 2-2 1/2 weeks. This tells me that he built his customer service skills at other places. JCPenney should have Tony training people! Thank you Tony and JCPenney Tyler!

He asked if I needed assistance and I said yes he looked at me and said the size of suit he was spot on. I purchased a beautiful blue suit with shirt and tie. I will definitely come back and have Tony assist me. That is a great associate you have there.
