  I bought a cowboy hat a few days prior and I wasn’t aware that the hat was final sale, that was definitely my bad. BUT the way the woman at the register went about it was so icky and mean. I get it, it’s a busy Saturday but the customer service was NOT there. She already was looking at me like I was stupid. I put my bag on the counter and she looked like she didn’t even want to touch it so I pulled out the receipt and told her that I wanted to return it and in the most deadpan voice she tells me that it’s final sale, which is FINE, I didn’t need or want the attitude that came with it and making me look stupid in front of other customers because I didn’t know the policy. I don’t shop here and I wasn’t told that it was final sale. So I went outside and gave the hat to somebody else I regret spending my money here. I didn’t catch the girl’s name, I just remember dark skin and she wore a head wrap I believe I will say the amazing lady that helped me the other day was there as well at the register, Paola I believe was her name. Amazing girl, absolutely lovely. So sweet and friendly. Though she wasn’t the one checking me out today, she expressed sympathy that she didn’t tell me that the hat was final sale. But she remembered me and struck up a conversation and made me feel welcome. So if anyone deserves recognition it’s Paola, she’s going a great job! The other one I can’t say so much about about. I always felt like Windsor was a store for mean girls and I REALLY felt it today. Spend your money somewhere, or go to another location

  Te recomiendo esta tienda si estás buscando un vestido para una ocasión especial y que no te salga tan caro , hay variedad de modelos y estilos y los precios están muy buenos , además tienen accesorios muy lindos también con precios aceptables, está ubicada dentro de The Woodlands mall

  Super clean the girls know so much about fashion. The store is super clean I can tell because I could smell the fabuloso. I was looking for a dress for my church choir event . The girl found the perfect one for me. Also the store is so organized you wont have a hard time finding the perfect outfit.
