  Even during this crazy busy season with so many people in the store, Natalie and Janel went above and beyond. Natalie especially stood out—she was incredibly helpful and attentive, not just to me and my daughter but to everyone around us. Both of them assisted us with different dress sizes, colors, shoes, and accessories, and their excellent customer service made us want to buy everything! We ended up leaving with a beautiful dress, shoes, and matching accessories. Thank you so much to Natalie and Janel—we’ll definitely be back soon!

  Store isn’t stocked at all, workers too busy absorbed with themselves to help and then check me out, and disorganized. The workers genuinely couldn’t give me the time of day and instead make jokes amongst themselves. Who is the manager lol?

  This place has really cute clothing but definitely not made for a women's body. This is more for teenagers.

  I bought a cowboy hat a few days prior and I wasn’t aware that the hat was final sale, that was definitely my bad. BUT the way the woman at the register went about it was so icky and mean. I get it, it’s a busy Saturday but the customer service was NOT there. She already was looking at me like I was stupid. I put my bag on the counter and she looked like she didn’t even want to touch it so I pulled out the receipt and told her that I wanted to return it and in the most deadpan voice she tells me that it’s final sale, which is FINE, I didn’t need or want the attitude that came with it and making me look stupid in front of other customers because I didn’t know the policy. I don’t shop here and I wasn’t told that it was final sale. So I went outside and gave the hat to somebody else I regret spending my money here. I didn’t catch the girl’s name, I just remember dark skin and she wore a head wrap I believe I will say the amazing lady that helped me the other day was there as well at the register, Paola I believe was her name. Amazing girl, absolutely lovely. So sweet and friendly. Though she wasn’t the one checking me out today, she expressed sympathy that she didn’t tell me that the hat was final sale. But she remembered me and struck up a conversation and made me feel welcome. So if anyone deserves recognition it’s Paola, she’s going a great job! The other one I can’t say so much about about. I always felt like Windsor was a store for mean girls and I REALLY felt it today. Spend your money somewhere, or go to another location
