  My domestic partner and myself stopped by the storefront today to admire the window display, and I have to commend the creative team for their incredibly bold artistic vision. ​Nothing screams "ultra-luxury Swiss watchmaking" quite like the grueling, back-breaking economic reality of traditional East Asian agricultural labor. The stunning three-panel tribute to terraced rice farming really puts things into perspective. As I stared at the beautifully crafted image of a worker harvesting crops by hand for minimal wages, I looked down at the empty green glass window trays and thought: "Yes, this is the exact spirit of a $30,000 mechanical status symbol." The parallelism is honestly profound. The decades of meticulous, generational effort required to carve agricultural terraces into a mountain is exactly like the struggle of sitting on a three year dealer waitlist for a Submariner. ​I’m currently looking for a timepiece that pairs well with manual labor, mud, and intense economic disparity. Do you think the Cosmograph Daytona comes in a "Rice Paddy" edition, or should I just wait for the Bonsai tree collaboration? ​Five stars for the existential crisis. Beautiful store.

  I cannot recommend Rachel enough. From the very beginning, she made both me and my future fiancée, feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. What stood out most to us was how much she genuinely cared, not just about selling jewelry, but about getting to know us personally and helping us create something meaningful. Rachel was incredibly honest, flexible, patient, and transparent every step of the way.   I originally left a 5-star review after a great first impression at the store. Elaine was helpful and friendly, and I was interested in purchasing a Rolex. However, after visiting the store multiple times and waiting for follow-up, I never heard back. I was hoping to get a call when something became available, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. I’m updating my review to reflect the lack of communication and follow-through. I’m still interested in purchasing and hope to hear from them.

  My wife and I became customers of Thomas Markle Jewelers back in 2024 when we set out to find her the perfect wedding watch, and we haven't looked back since. From that very first visit, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed, and every trip to the store since has only reinforced that feeling. Over the course of our many visits, whether we were exploring exciting new releases or simply stopping in for a friendly conversation, I mentioned to our sales associate Bethany that I had my eye on a Rolex Explorer II "Polar" 226570. It had been a dream watch of mine for quite some time, so it wasn't exactly a casual ask. Bethany has been outstanding throughout our time as customers, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in finding the right piece for each occasion. True to form, she didn't disappoint. Before we knew it, she reached out to let us know the Explorer II was available and waiting for us. Walking into the store that day, we were greeted with the same warmth we've come to expect. Several staff members took the time to chat with us about exciting new releases before Bethany presented the watch, turning what was already a special moment into something truly unforgettable.
