  Always a great mall, have been going since 2022 and you should find about everything that you want, a large food court and many fragrance, game stores, clothing, much more.

  This is generally families go to for just getting out and enjoying a weekend. If the temp is nice there are usually outside events going on as well.

  For allowing and supporting Pet Fair What is happening inside Pet Fair is not business; it is absolute cruelty. When you walk in, you are greeted by rows of small, cramped boxes packed with puppies and kittens that are barely moving. They are filthy, suffocating in the heat because the staff cannot even be bothered to turn on a fan, and there is not a single water bowl in sight. Imagine being trapped in a tiny, boiling cage, covered in dirt, with no way to escape or even get a drink of water. ​The neglect is devastating. On my visit, there were four staff members standing around doing absolutely nothing while kids openly yelled and slammed on the glass, terrifying the already exhausted animals. In the corner, a dog with a heavily matted face was continuously opening and closing its mouth—clearly suffering from severe dehydration and begging for a drop of water that never came. ​These animals have no voice, no way to defend themselves, and no one inside those walls looking out for them. Buying a pet from this establishment only funds this misery. Do not give them a single penny. We need to look out for these helpless animals, spread the word, and report this facility until they are forced to close their doors for good.

  This mall has become a frustrating shopping experience because of the overwhelming odor coming from Pet Fair. The smell carries into several neighboring stores, including those directly beside and below it, making it unpleasant to shop in parts of the mall. Auntie Anne's is right next door, and it's hard to enjoy a pretzel when the surrounding air smells like a mix of perfume and urine. I'm honestly surprised this is allowed in The Woodlands. Many shoppers come here expecting a clean, enjoyable environment, and this situation detracts from that experience. The odor is strong enough that I avoid several stores altogether. Management should address this issue before it impacts even more businesses and customers.
