  The Woodlands Mall – Fantastic Shopping Experience The Woodlands Mall is a beautiful, spacious and impressive shopping destination. There is a fantastic variety of shops, restaurants, cafés and entertainment, making it a great place to spend several hours. The mall is well laid out, clean and pleasant to walk around, with plenty of options for shopping, dining and relaxing. There are many well-known brands alongside a good selection of different stores, so there is something for everyone. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the overall experience. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the Houston/Woodlands area!

  On Saturday August 29th 2026 my grandkids and myself went to the booth of boxy toys I purchased three butter squishy toys and I asked the lady the salesperson how much were the toys because they didn't have a price tag on them she stated they were $10 a piece she added up all three toys I gave her my card ,when I received my receipt it had $45 on sales receipt which was not an original receipt I told her she charged me way too much and she said there is nothing she could do and then I asked for the manager she walked away and continued to help someone else out I then went and took my kids home and when we opened the toys the ink came off of the squishy toys.The next day I went back to the store to see if I could get my money back on the unopened toys or an exchange for something else the salesperson the lady did not want to help me and could not understand English (she said )but I wanted to talk to the store manager , (which she said no ) please everyone be careful of this scam .

  It’s disappointing that the escalators at The Woodlands Mall always seem to be broken or out of service. With the amount of customers and foot traffic this mall receives, the escalators should be consistently maintained and operational. Having multiple levels, functioning escalators are important for convenience and accessibility. Management should prioritize repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure customers have a better shopping experience.

  The Woodlands area is always nice to visit. The Mall itself is laid out nicely, and there is a plethora of stores to enjoy. I was not disappointed with any of them. There are two levels with escalators and elevators. The atmosphere is welcoming, and one can’t help but have a good time when you’re looking for a way to while away the afternoon or evening. Stop in and try the different shopping and dining experiences. Make it a day event.

  The Jolt chargers are terrible. The availability status in the app is *wildly* inaccurate. One plug was damaged (can't report in the app), and TWO stations wouldn't start a charge on my car after standing 20 mins in the Houston humidity going in circles in the app to initiate a session. When one finally started, the session abuptly ended 5 mins after I had walked away. Infurating. "May take 45 sec to connect" ??? WTH. What a terrible experience. It should be so simple. But was instead just plain awful. Tried to submit three separate Contact Us webforms to the mall site (General, Mall Feedback, and Technical Support) and they all stalled on "sending". Like, things should just work.
