She has been super helpful each time I've come in and made sure the glasses fit well and were cleaned before I left! The manager, Danielle, was extremely disrespectful, aggressive, and highly unprofessional. She actually laughed at me and told me I was not welcome in "her" store before walking away.The interaction was so shocking that another female employee who witnessed it came up to me afterward, expressed her surprise, and apologized for how I was treated.People like Danielle have zero decency or courtesy and should not be working in customer service. She is actively destroying the reputation of this local store and the Macy's brand. I hope store leadership takes immediate action regarding her behavior.
