  Went for a Christmas gift, dressed in normal attire. The employee that first saw me who wasn’t doing much didn’t help me out. I had a feeling that since I didn’t look like money, he didn’t budge. But I made a in and out purchase and loved the assistance I received from a woman that helped me out so I’ll leave it at 4 stars. Wish I could’ve got her name because my wife loved her presents!

  Had the oddest experience there today. We were looking for a gift for my DIL who is graduating veterinary school. We were greeted with a hello when we walked in and then THAT WAS IT. No one spoke to us or asked to help us. At one point I was looking at a tote and a young lady walked over and stood next to us with her back on the window. She didn’t speak, she just stood there. I have no idea if she was sales or security. It made my husband and I very uncomfortable. My husband and I walked out and a male sales associate said bye to us. We immediately walked to Gucci and bought her a purse from there. Gucci’s customer service is amazing.

  Zero customer service. If leaning against the walls and ignoring guests is the job description then you have the right employees.
