  Son went in to just simply change out nose pieces on his sunglasses; after some trouble with the nose alignment being messed up; the manager Tony decided to exchange my son a brand new pair for the trouble! Great customer service!

  The best experience I’ve ever had at a glasses store! The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to explain the products, answered all of my questions, and made excellent recommendations without being pushy. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality eyewear and exceptional service.

  OMG! I haven’t been in The Woodlands Mall since 2021, when I purchased my last pair of Oakleys. I had found a set of frames in my junk drawer from 2015 & decided I wanted new lenses for those & my 2021 pair. The salesman was super friendly & extremely helpful! I left the store with all new lenses! It’s like having 2 new pairs of Oakleys! I’ll definitely be recommending him & this location to all my friends!
