  I wanted to leave feedback about my experience in the handbag department on the first floor. The associate was a short-haired woman with light-colored hair. She approached me four separate times within a short period to ask if I needed help. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was being watched and treated as if I might steal something. I’ve shopped here before and never had this experience. When I was leaving, I also noticed her watching me as I walked away, seemingly making sure I wasn’t taking anything with me. The experience made me uncomfortable enough that I decided not to buy the bag I came in for.

  I recently visited Nordstrom with my family to browse handbags. As a customer, I enjoy taking my time and exploring different options before making a purchase. Unfortunately, my experience was uncomfortable. A sales associate in the Kurt Geiger area—a short Hispanic woman with glasses and short hair—approached me approximately five times while I was browsing and made me feel rushed to leave the area. While I understand that retailers must be mindful of theft prevention, the repeated monitoring and pressure to move along made me feel unwelcome and unfairly scrutinized as a shopper. Customers should be able to browse comfortably without feeling singled out or hurried. I hope this feedback can be used to ensure all guests feel respected and valued during their shopping experience.

  I've shopped here for years, but this most recent visit was so great that I had to leave a review. Jasmine was so wonderful and accommodating. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. One of the dresses I was interested in had some small damage, and she was quick to notify her manager and was able to get the price down for me. She also made my entire shopping experience easy and effortless. Jasmine catered to my every need. She was very kind, caring and has amazing customer service. I wish all the staff were as nice and attentive as her. Honestly the best experience that I have ever had in retail. Thank you, Jasmine!!! Please give her a raise!!!
