- MYMun YunAug 5, 20261.0Customer service is lacking at this location. Management is rude. I never leave bad reviews, but management doesn’t know how to handle customer complaints. I returned some pants that my husband had bought for me that didn’t fit, new with tags with my receipt and they still carry the same pants full price. Because I was out of my 30 day return window, they refused to even exchange them for a size that fit. Myself and my 4 girls spend thousands of dollars a year here, but that day has come to a stop. Ditza finally agreed to make a tacky exception to the rule while making me feel stupid. We called to make management aware of the unprofessional manor in which this was handled and the other manager didn’t care and said um huh um huh um huh over and over while I was talking to her. Unfortunately, hiring bad employees can hurt your business and this is one of those times.

I am taking off a star because they offered to ship a pair of shorts to our house since they didn’t have the size I needed and they said it would only take a couple of days but we ordered them on the 9th and they won’t arrive until the 19th which is just a bummer since I’m visiting and will be gone by then.
