I originally spoke with Angie, who did not have great customer service skills. Angie's tone was not friendly from HELLO!😒 When I shared my concern, she stated, "what do you want me to do about it?" She was rude and just lacked empathy, active listening, and proper phone etiquette. I had to escalate the call to have a manager call me back. GLAD I DID!😃 I gave this store 5 stars because the manager MEL was EXCEPTIONAL listening, providing knowledge and solutions. Mel was warm, sweet, thoughtful, professional, and personable.❤️ After talking to Mel, my delivery was fine as well! 😀 It all worked out and I will DEFINITELY be a returning customer! THANK YOU MEL!💖Blessings
