  They apparently got a new manager recently so I had the pleasure of having this experience with. She is completely rude, the way she speaks to the employees is even worse. It seems like she only cares about herself and her own interests

  Excellent customer service. I’m a little bit older than most clientele , had A LOT of questions about their jeans , and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

  I recently order a gift item online to be picked up at the store in The Woodlands mall. The online app said it would arrive in a week. When that day came, the app said it would be ready in less than 2 hours, so I planned to make a trip to the mall to pick it up, just in time for our trip the next day that I needed it. When I got to the mall, the store told me it had not arrived yet. I was so disappointed after waiting a full week and making the trip to get it. The store employee was very nice and offered for me to have a similar, but slightly different hat instead and let me know they would call me if it arrived before the next afternoon. Thankfully, it did arrive this morning and I went and got it and they didn't make me pay again (for the second one). So nice! I appreciate the true customer service, as it was an inconvenience for me to wait a week and then make 2 trips to the mall. Thank you!

  Terrible service. Don't accept online orders if you can’t fulfill them. It said 2 hours to fulfill online, go the next day to pick up and they said it will take a couple more days to fulfill ONE item!! Unbelievable. Terrible management no wonder no employees showed up like they said

  I needed a coral shirt and Lexi brought up that there was a more coral shirt in the so she got them from the back for us, the shirt was PERFECT for what we were looking for. Lexi went above and beyond to style us for our event, Thanks Lexi!
