I went in to exchange 2 items and felt like I was committing a crime. Oh and I know having to take off clothing from a mannequin is annoying (btw y’all’s mannequins are easy compared to Victoria’s Secret) but don’t look so pissy for having me request it since there isn’t any more in stock. I’m convinced it’s this newer generation with horrible customer service. 😢💔

Not good experience, baffled no resolution to my issue. Simple resolution but couldn’t accommodate a customer who’s spent thousands with Alo.

I visited the ALO store in The Woodlands today and left feeling extremely disappointed by the customer service. From the moment I entered, I felt completely overlooked and ignored.
What stood out most was the obvious difference in how other customers were treated. Several white patrons entered the store after I did, and each of them was immediately greeted and offered assistance. Meanwhile, there were at least four employees in my immediate vicinity who never once acknowledged me, asked if I needed help, or even offered a simple greeting.
My husband had a similar experience. He walked into the men's section, where there were no other customers or sales associates. As soon as he entered that area, a sales associate came over and began "straightening" the merchandise nearby, yet never asked if he needed assistance or engaged with him in any way.
I understand that retail environments can get busy, but this wasn't a matter of employees being occupied. There were multiple opportunities to provide basic customer service, and they were consistently missed. The contrast between how we were treated and how other customers were treated was difficult to ignore and left us feeling unwelcome.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Every customer deserves to be acknowledged and treated with the same level of courtesy and attention, regardless of who they are.

Horrible customer service, I bought three pair of socks at a ALO store and it wasn’t my fault that she decided to be lazy and scan only one size and when I come to return the other two pair of socks because it’s not the size that I wanted at another store, they told me that I can’t do it that I have to go to the same store that I bought it at when I do not live here. Galería is far from woodland. I’m from out town
Had a great experience coming to this store. Upon entering the store, I was politely greeted by an employee. I couldn't find a large burgundy I had seen online, and an employee was kind enough to bring it out for me in my size. I love the sweatshirt I could literally hide inside of it :-D.
