  Where do I start. I’ve been shopping at ALO in The Woodlands since they first opened, and every single time I go in, the experience is amazing. Everyone is always so welcoming, helpful, and genuinely upbeat. You can tell the team really cares about their customers and creating a fun atmosphere. Brayln, the manager, is seriously the best. She’s always so positive, helpful, and makes shopping there such a fun experience every time I come in. Kaitlin and Maddie are awesome too and always go above and beyond to help. The customer service is honestly unmatched. Definitely one of my favorite stores to shop at in The Woodlands.

  The store staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, offering no greetings or assistance. I’d rather visit Lulumelon, where the vibes are great and the quality is even better.

  Wanted to purchase the last headband available, but it had a visible stain on it. I asked if they could offer any kind of damage discount since it was the last piece, and the employee was dismissive and said no without really trying to help. Disappointing customer service. I won’t be back to this store

  I can’t say enough great things about this store, especially the Manager Braylen! Every time I walk into the store snd shes there, she greets me with such a positive attitude and it truly brightens my day. She’s always incredibly helpful and makes solving any issue I've had look effortless. No matter what I need, Braylen is always going above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. Her customer service is top-tier, and she’s truly a joy and a pleasure everytime I come to the store (which is alot!)

  I normally just bring my family here while I sit by the register. I don’t even bother because I’m fat and normally stores like yours do not cater to people my size. Today was different, I’ve been looking for a specific kind of jacket and I was coming to get a gift anyway. As soon as I walked in, I was met with Jamie’s smile. She walked me through getting exactly what I needed while making me comfortable enough to ask for what I was looking for. Afterwards I was helped by Aalyah at the register who continued to be so helpful and affirming which is not something I ever feel in a store like I thought Alo was, thats not a small thing to achieve when you look like me. Would definitely return!!! And recommend to my other curvier friends.
