  I had such a great experience at ALO! I placed an online order for pickup, and it was ready within just a couple of hours. The moment I walked in, there was a kind associate standing at the door greeting everyone who came in. When I went to pick up my order, they had it ready for me right away, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. The entire pickup process was quick, easy, and enjoyable. Great customer service for sure. I’ll definitely be buying more from this location.

  I had an issue with a return I made a few weeks ago & one of the store managers was very helpful & made it right. I will definitely keep coming back due to the staff. Thank you!

  Where do I start. I’ve been shopping at ALO in The Woodlands since they first opened, and every single time I go in, the experience is amazing. Everyone is always so welcoming, helpful, and genuinely upbeat. You can tell the team really cares about their customers and creating a fun atmosphere. Brayln, the manager, is seriously the best. She’s always so positive, helpful, and makes shopping there such a fun experience every time I come in. Kaitlin and Maddie are awesome too and always go above and beyond to help. The customer service is honestly unmatched. Definitely one of my favorite stores to shop at in The Woodlands.
