  Staff is always friendly and super helpful. Each department has their own subject matter experts, so if one of the staff in that department does not have the answer, they will utilize their resources. Also, their curbside pickup is FAST!

  Huge store featuring not only sporting goods, but so much more! With a limited budget, we were thrilled to find some great items on the clearance racks. Then we looked at some shirts and frowned at the prices. A staff member noticed us being disappointed in the prices of the fancy brand and showed us a less expensive option that offered just as much style. We were treated with kindness, not disdain. Yay! In fact from the front register to each department we scouted, staff members were available and amenable to assist with questions or just reaching something on a high rack. The store itself is huge and welll organized. You can find gear for outdoor activities but also vacation wear and even some good options for business casual or travel. The fish tank is super cool to watch, and the indoor ferris wheel is over the top. Much fun!

  I’m not from around here, but my friends who I often visit out here swear by this place. I’m kinda into knives, but I like to get a feel for what I am buying. Both times I have been here, the customer service reps have let me handle as many knives as I wanted to. Letting me try clipping them to my pocket, get a feel for how they open, compare them, etc. And both times, I have left buying at least one. Because when I get to take my time and really get a feel for what I want, I am more inclined to buy it. I often don’t get this level of service back in California. I’m also quite impressed with their selection of other goods, and their most generous clearance section. If I lived out here, this place would probably be getting a decent chunk of my paycheck. Thank you!

  Loved the store. We visited while in town. Purchased several things. Socks I bought (Hollow) tore during first use. Called customer service and was told they can’t help unless I came in the store. I live 6 hours away. I would caution buying anything there if you’re not local. No support if there’s a problem. Edit. The store did reach out to me and made things right. I shouldn’t have had to email corporate, manufacturer, store and call the store. You shouldn’t have to create a negative review to receive good customer service. I did everything possible before the review.

  Jordan Peake in the eyeglasses department is THE GOAT! I went in there on a whim, trying to find these Blender's sunglasses that kept going out of stock on their website and in stock just to sell out again. I found Scheel's had it in stock on a whim and Jordan looked through EVERY glasses carousel until he found them for me. Could not be happier with the service I received, thank you so much!
