Chris suggested items after I told him what I was looking for. He was patient, professional & well informed with their many selections. He figured out how to get the arrangement to Ohio, when it seemed as if there was no store close by, & helped me w/a discount as well. Kudos to Chris w/his time & efforts. So appreciate him. He also told me a treat is @ his store when I’m able to drop by. Super service!

I reached out to Cynthia, the store manager, and she immediately apologized and offered to send a FRESH arrangement. It arrived within a couple of hours and the driver was very friendly and wished me a Happy Mother’s Day! Thank you for making a “wrong” right - that’s what customer service is all about and will keep me ordering from this location in the future 🙂
