  Filthy and dark storefront, unhelpful employees. I wouldn't want to eat anything from this place now that I see it in person. Once you place your order the only way you'll reach a person is if you show up in person. Even then, they're not able to offer any assistance. Orders aren't updated once you place them to inform they're sent out for delivery or to notify of delays. I tried to contact several times to hold my order instead of delivering it because it was almost 4pm and no one answered the phone. This is the second Edible Arrangements location in the DFW area to burn an important life moment for me. I'll never return as a customer.

  Great experience with this Edible Arrangements location! I requested delivery between 3:30 and 4:00 p.m., and although that timeframe was not originally guaranteed, they were able to make it happen. When I called the store for an update, the person I spoke with was very nice and provided helpful information about the delivery. The delivery person was also friendly and followed the instructions included with my order. I really appreciated the communication, attention to detail, and effort to accommodate my requested delivery timeframe. Great customer service all around!

  Great customer service i really like how the employee took care of their customers.The edible arrangements that I ordered were fantastic and my co-worker really loved them for her birthday.Definitely recommend you guys coming out here to experience the gray service that I did

  If you are looking for the worst experience, worst service, most expensive, unreliable and definatly the ultimate worst experience.. then you found it the Colony Edible Arrangemetn store is the one. Thye take your money deliver without a the greeting card .. they don't care they just want their Delivery Fee and Tip. STAY AWAY ... many better shops around. They are unresponsive, errogant and think they are entitled to people's money regardless of the level fo service ,which is "ZERO". Never fealt this way about a bad service, it comes with an insult.
