First, I absolutely love MJ items, so I was thrilled to see an MJ outlet in TX city! Their items are great quality, like lux quality for incredible price points. I randomly went in one day and met an SA named Jordan. We stayed in touch via FB (highly recommend joining their FB group). Jordan has been amazing to work with! He is so helpful, patient with my indecisiveness and excellent with communication! What has been wonderful for me is that I can communicate with him, order whatever I'm wanting and never have to even go in the store. It's actually like a "luxury" experience you would get at a luxury store, truly personalized service, which I love. I highly recommend shopping at this location and working with Jordan, he will help you find whatever you are looking for and give you ideas for other things you might like as well! Another great thing about this store is their sales and discounts, given what their items normally cost, this store has some excellent prices! You can get such high quality items for such a good price. Who doesn't love a great deal?! For the record, other reviews have talked about they don't have "outlet" prices, yet I buy alot of MJ items from other places aside from this outlet and have always paid more than I did for these items from the outlet. People have to understand that MJ is not Coach/Michael Kors/Kate Spade, MJ is actually a mid point lux brand and with that comes higher prices🙌🏼. The biggest difference as a collector who sometimes resells to rotate NY collection, MJ bags actually hold some value after walking out of the store. Coach/MK/KS all have THE WORST resell value, you leave the store with their items and the value immediately drops 60-80% even if NWTs. The market is so saturated by those brands, they no longer hold their value like they used to. Another thing to think about, if a Kate Spade/MK/Coach bag is orginally $500 but they can afford to mark them down in their outlets for less than $100, it shows you how crazy their mark up is. At least with Marc J items, alot of their pieces are timeless, hold a better resell value (bc they aren't discounting them so deeply and selling millions of the same item) and are excellent quality (there's always a chance there's a defective item, it happens with every brand even LV/CC lately, but I haven't had this issue). Take the MJ "the tote bag" for instance, they are timeless, high quality pieces that RARELY get deeply discounted (talking leather not canvas, canvas goes on sale all the time), they don't have to mark them down to sell them, since they don't mark them down it helps them hold onto more value and they may never have leather ones for a dirt cheap price. So just think about those things when you are comparing the MJ outlet to the other bag outlets in this mall, they are a step above an MK/KS/Coach, so their prices will reflect that and never be the same as those other stores. I hope everyone finds this review helpful and if you go shopping with Jordan, tell him Amy sent you💁🏼♀️😜💖!
