  I love everything I have gotten from Coopers! Tiffany and Diane do a wonderful job as my husband’s personal shoppers! Their service after is excellent and keep my jewels looking great. It’s definitely a “home town” kind of place with genuine, friendly staff. I have gotten lots of compliments on my jewelry over the years.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Lifetime Customer After One Experience! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cooper’s Fine Jewelers in Texarkana! I recently received a massive, one-of-one custom sterling silver Thundercats ring that I had made overseas as a birthday present to myself. This is truly an irreplaceable piece—there is no other ring like it anywhere. It took approximately four months to have made, and when it finally arrived, unfortunately, it did not fit. Before going to Cooper’s, I visited three other jewelry stores in Texarkana trying to have the ring resized. All three declined to work on it. Two of them simply took the ring to the back, returned several minutes later, and told me they couldn’t do it without really explaining why. Then I went to Cooper’s, and the experience was completely different from the moment I walked through the door. Miss Tiffany and their master jeweler were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, patient, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to explain the resizing process and answer my questions. Considering how unique, large, and important this ring is to me, that level of care meant a great deal. Most importantly, they were able to resize it—and the workmanship is phenomenal. You cannot even tell that the ring has been worked on. The finished result is absolutely beautiful, and the turnaround time of roughly a week to a week and a half was fantastic. The experience impressed me so much that I have decided Cooper’s will be my first choice for my custom jewelry moving forward. I have ordered custom pieces overseas for approximately five years, often waiting four to five months. After seeing the quality of Cooper’s work, learning about their custom capabilities and turnaround times, and experiencing their customer service firsthand, I would much rather support an exceptional local jeweler. Being able to shop locally is wonderful, but being able to shop locally and receive this level of craftsmanship, kindness, respect, patience, and personal service is something special. Sometimes a business earns a lifetime customer simply by how they treat someone when they walk through the door. Cooper’s did exactly that—and then backed it up with outstanding craftsmanship. Thank you to Miss Tiffany, the master jeweler, and everyone at Cooper’s Fine Jewelers for taking such great care of my one-of-a-kind birthday present. I could not be happier with the result. You have absolutely earned a new lifetime customer. Highly recommended!

  It would take me all day to talk about Cooper Fine Jewelers because I am a forever diehard generational Park’s Jeweler kid and will forever love the Mr. Mulvany clan. The business runs deep in the veins of his children. Mrs. Diane Cooper is known to help you where you fit in for all of your needs. Those of you that know her and the staff will definitely agree. Each customer is valued and treated with individual care and their needs. If she can help you, she promises NOT to let you leave without a gift. 🎁 For the record, I love this family.❤️🥰 .
