The shoes are locked onto each other with security cables, which makes it impossible to take a step in them. I'm unable to accurately assess the shoes this way. Is shoe theft so bad here that this is necessary? I've never experienced this at any other Nordstrom Rack location. :(

Being colorblind, I asked her to check that all of items I selected looked good together. She was really friendly and such a great help and now I feel much more confide t wearing the clothes I bought.
