  I really wish shoe places had my size. I realize my feet are small at a women's size 5, however, it's not unheard of. If you're able to order sizes please order more size 5 and clearly label them with a neon sticker. Customer service was great here, even though I didn't find my size.

  The manager Christy was not willing to help me out, even after spending almost $400.00 in two weeks at their store. Bought the Suede Protection in-store service on a pair of Adidas, (our second pair getting protected), in the usual size I wear, (their last pair). I tried them on in-store but after taking them home I didn't feel 100% comfortable with the fit. Called the store the same day shortly after, and talked to an employee who then asked her manager if they could make an exception because I would like to order a different size and still want the suede protected on the new pair, even if I had to pay again for the service. Manager said to come in the store and they would take care of it. Sadly they did not. No refund on suede protection service and no discount on new shoes being suede protected. Overall this store is not a good place to spend your hard-earned money. I recommend shopping elsewhere to avoid an issue with returns or customer satisfaction.

  The return exchange is crazy. I wore a pair of shoes once and they only offered store credit. Which would be great if they offered any selection whatsoever in steel toed. There is one mind you shoe. I bought that but it's a boot where I prefer a woman's tennis shoe. If your new policy is store credit then more selection needs to be offered. Steel toe is very lacking and rarely offered in store or online.

  Large selection and a very well organized store. Anything I liked was way out of my price range. 100.00 and up after the discount offered. Nice store though.
