I drove from across town to return items within the time frame and because the store manager was not knowledgeable about how to problem solve the issue, sent me on my way, with little to no concern that I was left hanging. I immediately called customer service because in almost over 30 years NEVER had an issue returning anything to EXpress. I've given the company thousands and thousands of dollars, so this is pretty ridiculous. I had to go to another location in the Galleria where the VERY competent manager solved my issue and returned my items ( without the case number that was issued). I use to manage The Gap, so I know customer service very well. If the manager at First Colony has issues in the future, he needs to call customer service- THEY CAN HELP YOU HELP THE PEOPLE WHO PAY YOUR BILLS (CUSTOMERS)!
