- AAAlishanJan 16, 20231.0Old hispanic lady at the check out was extremely rude. She yelled at me. I am never shopping at Express again. I hope Express takes this seriously or they will loose customers every day.

I was in the store with my two toddler and they were crying bt she was not listening. At the end when she did my billed she forget to remove the security alarms from my dress and again i had to go inside because they were not caring if its beeping I will never go back to the store I am shopping at express from last eight years and never had issues before but the lady who is at counter is super rude
