  I reluctantly started looking at DXL for my clothing due to my recent size increase, and I’m so glad I did. Upon entering the store in Sugar Land, Texas, I was immediately impressed by the extremely clean and professionally displayed environment. The store itself is exceptional, but what truly stood out was the service from Javae. Javae greeted me with a warm welcome and a big smile, and immediately started addressing my needs. She was incredibly helpful in accommodating me on short notice, as I was traveling in just three days. She went above and beyond her normal scope of duties, and I cannot say enough about the level of service she provided. She was courteous, professional, and truly an asset to the organization. As a business owner, I’m always concerned about how my clients are treated in my absence. Javae automatically puts those concerns to rest. If she handles all customers the way she handled me, that store will be very successful, and she will personally be very successful. I will definitely be returning to experience her warm and inviting presence

  This particular store was supposed to carry up to size 18, but to a disappointment, the largest size was 14 and 15 in shoes. I needed a size 17 shoe, I guess I will try the Webster or galleria locations.

  I had a fantastic shopping experience at this DXL store in Sugar Land! I recently discovered this store to shop for a good friend of mine for a birthday gift. The store has a great selection of stylish big and tall clothing, from casual wear to dressier options, all neatly organized and easy to browse. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect sizes and styles with ease. They really made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchases for my gift for my friend. I love how the store feels welcoming and tailored to every customer. Whether you’re shopping for everyday clothes or something special, this location is definitely worth visiting! 👔🛍️✨

  I appreciate the availability of clothing in my son's size. However, I would be pleased to see more significant discounts. I recently spent $200 on an outfit and shoes, but I am still content to have found his size.
