  DO NOT ORDER from or to here. In store pick up was a FAIL. Both locations here and Galleria had me drive all the way there to only find out both locations were closed waste of gas , time and money.

  Disappointed with the customer service here. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes while only one cashier was working. Multiple employees, including the manager, saw me standing there and that a line was forming but continued walking around without acknowledging any of us or even saying that someone would be with us shortly. Very poorly managed and people wonder why everyone would rather shop online. Thankfully the cashier was extremely sweet and helpful to make up for the experience but definitley need to improve on their customer service.

  Took covid serious! Kept it very clean and kept touched clothes away. My only thing was taking my tall child in to try on a pant. They weren’t going to allow me to go with him to the changing room. I understand for distance but I hope you understand that if a parent is escorting their child it is for very good reason! Some children and teen and adults have diagnoses and need to be escorted or their caregiver to be close by. I still shop here! Just hope there is more understanding and training.
