  I brought in a brand-new watch to have the bracelet sized. Instead of doing the work at the counter like most jewelers, they took it to the back room where I could hear hammering the whole time. That’s not something you want to hear when someone is working on a new watch. The whole experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. When you’re trusting someone with a new watch, you expect proper tools and transparency. Unfortunately, this place didn’t inspire confidence. This will be my first and last visit.

  Jordan is the absolute best! She was so helpful and knowledgeable! We found the perfect wedding band for my fiancé thanks to her. Definitely won’t go anywhere else for jewelry!

  Swindle's has always been amazing for us. They built my wife's wedding ring several years ago and did an amazing job. Recently, my wife lost a stone from it (she's pretty hard on jewelry), and Swindle's replaced the stone at an excellent price, and built up the prongs around other stones in the setting to ensure no more would be lost. All in a very timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone that is interested in fine jewelry at an affordable price.
