    I brought in a brand-new watch to have the bracelet sized. Instead of doing the work at the counter like most jewelers, they took it to the back room where I could hear hammering the whole time. That’s not something you want to hear when someone is working on a new watch. The whole experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. When you’re trusting someone with a new watch, you expect proper tools and transparency. Unfortunately, this place didn’t inspire confidence. This will be my first and last visit.
