Instead of just pointing me in a direction, she personally helped search through different sections, checked for other options, and made sure I found the perfect one. Her patience, professionalism, and genuinely positive attitude made a huge impression on me. She treated me like a valued customer the entire time and never seemed bothered, even though she spent extra time helping me. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. Isabella truly went above and beyond over something as simple as a laundry hamper, and that level of care deserves recognition. Bealls is very lucky to have someone like her on their team!
