  I placed a online order for delivery with the so-called 1 hour special delivery fee. People please save your money because It will not make it within 1 hour. Order Conformation was at 10:57am and the delivery wasn't made until 4:21pm. Thats a scam fee. So why was arrangements delivered, delivered to the wrong person and the wrong address with the wrong message. Will never use this location again.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Edible Arrangements. I placed an order for delivery to surprise my wife on our anniversary, only to have it canceled around 5:00 PM because they didn’t have any drivers available. If you don’t have the staffing to fulfill deliveries, you shouldn’t be promoting or accepting delivery orders. By the time my order was canceled, it was too late to make other arrangements, and a special moment that I had planned from out of town was completely ruined. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of empathy from Samantha. There was no genuine concern or effort to understand that this was for our anniversary or to offer a meaningful solution. Customer service matters even more when things go wrong, and unfortunately, that was completely missing. I would not recommend this location for birthdays, anniversaries, or any other special occasion. Reliability and compassion are essential for a business built around celebrating life’s important moments, and this experience was both embarrassing and deeply disappointing. Where did hospitality go?

  Don’t bother ordering during a busy holiday; I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement and spent extra for the Mother’s Day specific one but when it was dropped off it was a normal small arrangement, not to mention the fruit was already rotting. Contacting customer service does nothing, even when all I asked for was a refund of the price difference since the normal arrangement was cheaper than the Mother’s Day arrangement.

  The customer service here has declined. The personnel at this location called the recipient and asked them to basically pick the order up ahead of time. It was suppose to be a surprise, and the hours communicated were contradictive. When I called the store about it, all I got was an "Ok," very trifling.

  We came to this edible Arrangements and it was closed. It closed at 6 pm but online website omit shows it closes at 7 pm. Not a good thing. Edible Arrangments you all need to update your hours.
