  I went in yesterday to purchase a firearm and wanted to do a split payment to take advantage of the 10% off. I went in to ask if I could do it and was met by Victoria. First and foremost she was a true professional and shook my hand and asked for my name. ( who does that anymore? She does!) Addressed me by my name and made it feel like I was related by how well she took care of me. Awesome prices but service says it all. Will definitely continue throwing my business here.

  Several members of our fishing team from Bridgewood Farms a community of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities had an outstanding visit to Bass Pro Shops in Spring. This is already a beautiful store but what makes it truly remarkable is the way Jeff Edwards and his team care for their community. Our adults were excited to learn about the fish explore all the different departments and many of them enjoyed shopping for items to bring home including thoughtful Mothers Day gifts. The staff spent time talking with our group about fishing techniques and different types of tackle which made the experience both fun and educational. The team treated our adults with patience kindness and genuine enthusiasm. That kind of hospitality cannot be trained it comes from the heart. We deeply appreciate the way Bass Pro Shops Spring supports our community and creates positive memorable experiences for our adults. Highly recommend this location and their exceptional team.

  What a fun place for those who love adventure and fishing in the water! Would’ve never enter this store if it wasn’t for my son that fell in love with fishing. To watch his excitement and how well he navigates this store is lovely. The staff is so helpful and kid. Great place!

  I am contacting you regarding a credit card application that was obtained from my 20-year-old son at your store under what appears to be misleading and deceptive sales practices. He was approached by a sales associate and told he could sign up for a "Bass Pro Club" to receive discounts and a complimentary item. At no point, according to his account, was it clearly disclosed that this was an application for a credit card (Mastercard). He thought it was for a membership club discount club, one like you would get at Kroger. He was asked to provide his driver's license and Social Security number and was instructed to proceed through the prompts without a clear explanation of the nature of the application. This lack of clear, affirmative disclosure that he was applying for a line of credit is concerning and may constitute a violation of fair lending and consumer protection standards regarding informed consent. I contacted the store and spoke with Susan, and then David (manager), who confirmed that associates refer to the product as a "Bass Pro Club Card" without explicitly identifying it as a credit card upfront. This practice is inherently misleading to consumers and considered fraudulent. I am requesting the following: Immediate cancellation of this account, if it has been approved Written confirmation that the account will not be activated or used Removal of any hard inquiry associated with this application from my son's credit profile Escalation of this matter to a district manager or corporate representative for formal review If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to file formal complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and other appropriate regulatory agencies. Please contact me directly to confirm next steps.
