I wanted to take a minute and recognize the work of Ross Whitten…. The love of my life was on his way home from a long range shooting competition during the extreme heat wave we had 9/5/26. He was experiencing heat stroke symptoms and pulled in to the parking lot and I called the store and Ross answered. When I explained what was happening Ross ran outside with me on the phone and called 911. Ross stayed with him until the paramedics arrived. I was out of state at the time and so grateful for the support and help received as a result of Ross’s fast actions. We have always been Bass Pro shoppers but now have a personal connection to the store! Forever thankful for your kindness and compassion!

Great customer service. After doing an in store pickup for a Benchmade knife and realizing the wrong knife was in the box, returned to the store and Ryan was very helpful in getting everything taken care of quickly!

Honestly, my favorite store just after Guitar Center! I come here for my hats and shirts. I mainly love to come here and walk around to see the beauty of the store. Has me feeling like a kid in a candy store.

Bass pro opens early but their services dont! Nice staff but If your looking for assistance with archery related items head to Outlaw Archery. Just down the road and a better experience.
