Very professional, patient and informative. John and Robert both make sure to explain everything to me step-by-step before working on my item. I really was hoping to have it the same day I did not want to rush them, but they were very Accommodating and let me know reassure me that it would be done today as I waited. This place has been there for I believe going on 20 years now. I’ve used them in the past and I’ve experienced the Every single time. I love the fact that it is a one stop shop. You can have your watches repaired replaced or clean along with jewelry repairs cleaning and they also buy gold. I highly recommend this place to anybody out there Looking for a reputable trust where they place to have their jewelry cleaned or repaired. My initial stop was at a jewelry store, which quoted me a three week turnaround time and could not give me a specific price until they received At the repair center.
