- TTTheKillingSwitchSep 11, 20261.0DO NOT BUY, I bought a $400 sport jacket and tried to return it unworn the next day and the lady (Talina) at the store took it to the back and ripped the tag off of it and then brought it out and said they can’t take the return bc it was “altered”. I thought she was just crazy so I looked up google reviews and saw similar complaints from the same woman. so I emailed support and they (Hannah) have been giving bs “return label” run around for 2 months! They don’t want to support their products, stores or customers and I’m guessing their policy’s instruct employees to avoid returns at all cost. this company sucks..
