- CCC CJul 13, 20261.0Run away. Unsavory business practices and terrible experience dealing with Peyton in Southlake. I ordered sunglasses and spent almost $900 on 2 pairs - on sale! Salesman was not consultative in suggesting options that complimented my face. After picking options out on my own, I was promised there was a 30-day money back guarantee. I picked up the pairs on July 8th and came back on July 13th explaining 1 of the pairs just isn’t a fit for my face and wanted to return. Sales rep totally changed their tone and refused to help because the box the sunglasses came in wasn’t there! The glasses were new, less than 1 week old and had original case. To refuse to honor the return policy due to a cardboard box missing is insane. Employee was also incredibly condescending and rude during the interaction - never purchasing from here again and beware to only purchase if you are 100% certain you will not require any service post-sale!

This traffic-tracking metric forces them into high-pressure sales tactics just to protect their jobs. Sunglass Hut corporate is ruining the shopping experience by treating customers like numbers on a counter. Similar to their infrared door counter used to track me as I linger by the door and asked to move closer to the register.
