  Dakota was beyond phenomenal! Thank you for helping my daughter order her white define jacket and providing the BEST customer service. Side note- this store was very diverse and I LOVED it. Especially for this side of town. Keep up the great work 💗🌈

  Wanted to thank Dakota for his great customer service today. I was in to buy a Pace Breaker Jogger and he had great recommendations on size and inseam, made the whole difference and I ended up buying in large part because of him. Appreciate the assistance, Dakota!

  I had a disappointing experience at this Lululemon location. My daughter was shopping with birthday money and purchased a pair of shorts and a shirt. She checked out by herself while I was elsewhere in the store. She paid with two $100 bills. When she brought me the receipt and her change, I immediately realized the amount she received back didn’t seem correct, so I went back to speak with the cashier. Before I could even explain why I was there, the cashier looked at me and said, “Did I mess up on the change?” When I told him yes, he immediately said he had forgotten to give my daughter a $20. He didn’t ask to see the receipt, ask how much change we had received, or ask any questions about the transaction. He was already helping another customer, but he called the manager over and simply said, “I owe her a $20.” The manager gave us the $20, and that was the end of the interaction. I appreciate that the missing money was returned, but the way the situation unfolded left me feeling very uneasy. Since I wasn’t even at the register during my daughter’s transaction, I found it surprising that the cashier immediately knew exactly what the issue was and the exact amount before I had explained anything. I’m not accusing anyone of intentional wrongdoing, but the experience left me questioning the cash-handling process and took away from what should have been a fun birthday shopping trip for my daughter. I hope management reviews the incident and reinforces careful cash-handling practices so future customers don’t have a similar experience.

  The store it self we clean and busy. Several employees standing around. We’re going to the register to pay. I used the exact change in cash, they told me that I would have to pay more because they don’t accept pennies. So I put it on my credit card to save a few cents. Attitude from the cashier at its best.
