Had a great experience at Alo Southlake! Kelsey went above and beyond to help us find everything we were looking for. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and even pointed us to some great men's options. Highly recommend asking for her next time you're in!

Very disappointed with this Alo location. The staff were rude and unwelcoming. When I asked for a size, they immediately said they didn’t have it, and when I asked them to check, they caught an attitude. I was also completely ignored when I walked in, and staff would literally leave my vicinity instead of offering assistance. The selection of sizes was limited as well. I’ll stick to the NorthPark location!

Was at the store today, right next to closing hours, just us and another customer trying on shoes. Got to the register quickly after trying out clothes also quickly to make sure we were out of their way by 8pm, and I spent a few minutes waiting to be checked out, a worker chatting with another on the register like I didn’t exist. Left without buying. Weird vibes, taking my business elsewhere.
