  Huge disappointment. Alo Yoga talks a big game about being a premium, luxury lifestyle brand, but their customer service and operations are completely basic. Their online shopping experience is frustrating, customer support is incredibly unhelpful, and the stores never seem to have actual inventory in stock. Save your money and buy from brands that actually care about their customers.

  They were super rude and acted like I wasn’t good enough to be in their store. The only person who was kind was the girl working the dressing room. The girl up front was even caught talking about me for no reason?!? Maybe they were mad I had my daughter with me?? I don’t know, but I will be going to the clear fork location from now on.

  My wife and I have shopped here many times, Customer service has steadily declined over the last few months.. This time, when I headed back to use the restroom, Like I have many times in the past, the guy at the front desk told me no I had to go to Barnes & Noble. Luckily Viori and Lululemon are right down the street. I love the ALO brand, but will be taking my business to the Clearfork location. When it comes to customer service, sometimes the little things make the biggest impact.

  I recently had a surgery and my entire body is swollen to the max. NONE of my own clothes fit me so I came in to buy a singular, comfy outfit that I can look decent in and be comfortable when I'm in public as I am trying to get out more. EVERY SINGLE LAST employee grabbed different things and different sizes, plus things I hadn't even picked out for myself to try on. Everyone was was so helpful, engaging, listened to my needs and went beyond a traditional service. I went on 1/30/26 around 1130. Great group of people! I am grateful.
