- MJMaria JaramilloAug 28, 20265.0I love the store. The energy is great, excellent service and products.
- JDJoshua DuranAug 14, 20261.0Exclusive shirt bought in Hawaii: we were told by Honolulu employee that it could be returned at any location. We go into the woodlands location and person at counter tells us “we can’t accept it” I show them the actual return policy online. (Location exclusives are NOT custom items) and the woman just repeated herself. Not exactly quite sure what level on boneheaded leadership is at the helm of this store but it goes to show another example of the decline of Lululemon. Good thing Alo is right across the street!
