Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- JDJoshua Duran4 days ago1.0Exclusive shirt bought in Hawaii: we were told by Honolulu employee that it could be returned at any location. We go into the woodlands location and person at counter tells us “we can’t accept it” I show them the actual return policy online. (Location exclusives are NOT custom items) and the woman just repeated herself. Not exactly quite sure what level on boneheaded leadership is at the helm of this store but it goes to show another example of the decline of Lululemon. Good thing Alo is right across the street!

The sales associate who helped us, Presley (I believe that was her name!), was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. I told her what I was looking for, and she went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed, including tracking down the right sizes. The customer service was truly exceptional. We ended up leaving with quite a bit, and I honestly felt so happy about the entire experience. Great products are one thing, but having someone who genuinely takes the time to help you and make the shopping experience enjoyable makes such a difference. Thank you, Presley, and the Lululemon team at The Woodlands, for making our visit such a great one! We’ll definitely be back. ❤️
