From the moment I walked in the door, staff was super friendly and helpful. This store is actually a separate brand from J Crew Flagship stores and the Outlet store, and I noticed because I liked the way the clothes fit me better and found the styles to be more to my liking than I’ve usually found at the other brands of J Crew. Check this place out! Parking is easy and the store has a great feel to it, made it fun to find everything I needed.

Male employees in the back of the store were blatantly rude. The second we walked in and started looking around, they cut the music. Minutes later they made a big deal of asking if we were ok, hoping we’d get the point and take off so they could leave. Just wanted something for Mother’s Day, but thanks anyway 😒. There are ways to close shop without being a jerk about it 😑
