I needed to buy a tuxedo for a cruise and a wedding, and called the Shenandoah store and the lady said that she thought the store had stepped away from that completely. Meanwhile I was looking at tuxedos on the DXL website. She said she could not find any tuxedos basically implying I was a liar. I then called the store at Willowbrook and that clerk said yes they had them, but was so disinterested (and busy) my call felt like an imposition. Do better, with staff and training DXL!
