  I did an online order with buying 2 pairs of shoes and I had to go to 2 different locations im like cool. I can get off early and pick up the shoes. So I did get to one DSW location smooth got my shoes so I call to the second DSW location cause I don’t live in the Houston so I didn’t want to be going out my way, so the lady answers the phone and im like im trying to make sure im going to the right location to pick up the 2nd pair of shoe so from Westheimer dr. to Shenandoah Texas. Up by the Woodlands., so she says let me see if they are here she got my number but never called back so I called her and she acted like she was still looking for them and for me to get to the store and no shoes really made me mad cause first off why wasn’t I notified that my order was canceled that could have saved me gas and time. So DSW please tell your employees to contact customer when order can not be filled when its was saying my order was ready not until I got to the store to see cancellation and then how can go online and proceed to order the same shoe and it took me back to the same store. Im confused

  I had a wonderful experience at this DSW today and wanted to express my gratitude to two employees who truly stood out because of their professionalism and kindness. John was incredibly helpful while assisting me with finding shoes. He patiently explained how I could order them online, walked me through the estimated delivery time, and answered all my questions very clearly. What impressed me even more was that before helping me, I saw him assisting an elderly couple with such respect, patience, and genuine care while helping them exchange a pair of shoes. It was really lovely to witness. At the register, Leeana was also extremely kind, attentive, professional, and very precise during checkout. She made the whole process smooth and pleasant. And, of course, DSW always has so many great options to choose from, which makes shopping there even more enjoyable. Thank you again to John and Leeana for such excellent customer service!
