  I love the Gun Counter! They always seem to have something new that I wasn't looking for. I am a little concerned that they seem to have a lot at the moment on clearance. Chris is a big teddy bear, and I appreciate the depth of knowledge and experience he seems to have. most shops I go into always have people looking for a paycheck, but he is truly passionate what he does! I will be back!

  I’ve been to this location four different times trying to purchase a Kimber 2K11 Comp, and every single visit has been the same experience. The bald gentleman working behind the gun counter always seems either too busy to acknowledge customers or tied up with one person for extremely long periods of time, while multiple people are left standing around waiting with no help at all. What makes it more frustrating is that the cashiers down below often appear to have little to nothing going on, yet nobody steps in to help manage the gun counter traffic or even communicate with waiting customers. I completely understand that firearm purchases take time and require attention to detail, but customer service and organization still matter. At this point, it feels like the store simply doesn’t have enough staff dedicated to the firearms department during busy hours. Management really should consider moving one of the register employees over to assist the counter or adding another associate specifically for that area. People are ready to spend serious money there, but after multiple visits and constantly feeling ignored, it becomes hard to want to keep coming back. The store itself is nice and has good inventory, but the lack of attention and urgency at the gun counter seriously hurts the overall experience.

  Went to the store to buy a round bale feeder and everyone was really helpful!
