I purchased a brand-new luggage set from this location approximately three weeks ago. Today, I visited the store seeking assistance with a locked bag. The store employee was dismissive, unhelpful, and judgy. Rather than walking me through the lock reset process, checking the TSA combination features, or advising me on warranty options, he simply stated he couldn't help and offered no further resources. As a brand-loyal customer, this level of service on a brand-new item is not acceptable. Do yourself a favor and go some place else.
